Respite Services

Respite provides services to primary caregivers. Respite is designed to provide a break to someone providing constant care to a loved one of any age or ability. Providing constant care to a loved one places extraordinary demands on an individual to try to do alone. Respite helps reduce the stress for the person providing such care. Respite also provides information and referrals to connect families to respite providers as well as information on and referrals to appropriate services in the community.

Who is eligible?

Families and individuals who identify a critical need for relief of providing constant care to a loved one.

How is a referral made?

Anyone can make a referral with the individual/family approval by contacting Vicki Clear, Lifespan Respite Program Director at 406-234-6034.

Where are services provided?

Respite services are provided STATEWIDE.
